When I was younger I always thought that the coolest jobs were the kind you got to travel for. Today, I am lucky enough to say that I have one of those ‘cool’ jobs. In November of 2013, I was fortunate enough to travel to Bahamas with not only an amazing and fun-loving couple, but my cousin and his gorgeous fiancé. I was surrounded by family from near and far as we traveled to the beautiful Riu Palace on Paradise Island, Bahamas for a week-long celebration. We were met with weather of all sorts but it didn’t damper spirits or the overwhelming beauty of the week and wedding. Jay and Mel were married at the stunning 14th century remains of a French Monastery, better known as Cloisters located at the One & Only resort in Bahamas, on Paradise Island (the name speaks for itself)!
I am so thankful for Jay and Mel in inviting myself and Martin not only to celebrate alongside them but in entrusting me with capturing their day.
